They have always been helpful and usually have a good selection of merchandise. They are my favorite larger retailer of Nascar Diecasts and I always like the way they add new items promptly. Their website design is very efficient. Something that has bugged me this year is the $55 diecasts advertised as free shipping sold for $60. Calling it free shipping and adding $5 to the product price is somewhat deceitful. I miss the "real" free shipping promotions. Despite the added $5 R-USA is usually still the best deal by $3-$5.
