Continual, Excellent Customer Feedback Has Resulted in RacingUSA.com Receiving Yahoo's "Top Service" Designation Each and Every Month Since August 1999, the First Month Racing USA Began Taking Internet Orders!

Racing USA participates in Yahoo! Store's Customer Ratings System. When you place your order, you will be asked if you would be willing to receive an email from Yahoo! to rate your RacingUSA.com shopping experience. Of course, you don't have to respond to their survey, if you don't want to; but we really would appreciate it if you did. We want your feedback -- good or bad -- so we can make Racing USA the best retailer on the web -- not just the best NASCAR retailer on the web!

With his "Excellent" rating recieved in March 2008, Michael H. wrote: "I've been a customer with this company for over 2 years. I have always received GREAT merchandise...Exactly what I've ordered, fast, and always in perfect condition. They have prompt shipping and to their credit I have never had to contact customer service! What I order is what I get. I've purchased at least 10 times, over 30 total items. I will continue to order with them. I am always hesitant to order something from a site that I dont know. You dont have to worry about this one. RacingUSA is FANtastic!!!"

With her "Excellent" rating recieved in March 2008, Karen J. wrote: "I have used RacingUSA for years - never had any issues with their product, service, delivery, etc. I'd give a 10 for Customer Service if I could - one purchase was for my sons birthday - and I ordered it late - I requested overnight delivery. The CS rep CALLED me on a Saturday afternoon to say they were shipping from Alabama and it was shipping to Georgia - I'd get it in the same time frame by ground for a lot less money. Of course, I thanked her, changed it to ground, and had it in time for my sons birthday! Not many companies would do that for their customers - and because of it, I'm sold on RacingUSA."

With his "Excellent" rating recieved in February 2008, Gabriel V. wrote: "I have been a collector of die-cast for years and have purchased from many different sources. Never have I had the cooperation that I have received from RacingUSA.com. There are other places that offer you a better price but do not offer the quality of services and dedication that they have to the NASCAR fan. I would absolutely recommend their website to anyone. I will also continue to use them for all my die-cast needs."

With his "Excellent" rating, Troy E. wrote: "I ordered two different shipments, one went over seas and one went to the states, and they both arrived in a very timely fashion. And after dealing with Amazon quite a bit I really appreciated that so thank you. You where a big help during Christmas, because it's hard shopping for gifts and things when you're stationed overseas. So again, thank you."

With her "Excellent" rating, Wendy B. wrote: "I was able to find a Jeff Gordon costume for my nephew, and they were most helpful in getting it processed and shipped out in time for him to have for Halloween! I was only able to communicate via email, which at first frustrated me....but because they were SO QUICK to respond and followed thru to ease my worries of not getting the costume in time to make a 7 year olds Halloween, I would absolutely say that this company, RacingUSA.com, exceeded my expectations and I would shop with them again!!! Outstanding overall and easy to use website."

With her "Excellent" rating, Karen L. wrote: "Racing USA is the overall best merchant online. The customer service is beyond my expectations constantly. You couldn't get better service from the country grocer in a town of 200 people. Racing USA has actually called me at home before to see if I accidentally placed a duplicate order. Who else does that? The shipping time is excellent. There are no exaggerated stories told about delivery times that can't be met. If a product is a preorder, you know that up front and know what month the item will actually ship. I've have done business with Racing USA for several years and wouldn't shop anywhere else for my NASCAR collectibles."

With his "Excellent" email, headlined "You guys are amazing!!" Jerry C. wrote: "I placed an order with you folks on Monday, the 19th for two NASCAR diecast cars. They arrived at my door on Wednesday the 21st. Man you can't beat that for quick service. I'm so used to placing orders with other sites and then waiting for weeks for the merchandise to arrive, I was totally amazed at the speed of your processing and delivery. Incidentally, the manner in which the order was packed also indicated that someone cared about what they were doing. Again, thanks to all involved..."

The great e-mail system and prompt delivery of all items, makes you feel like you are dealing with friendly, smiley faces and with actual people. You don't even feel the online experience since they treat you as a person. I just love this company and their fantastic customer service."
